Beginning Fabrication
Fabricating jewelry starts with sheets of metal, tubing, wire and other shapped pieces of silver. The metal is then cut, shapped, soldered and polished into beautiful jewelry creations. Join us in our studio to learn the basics of jewelry fabrication. Topics in the class include sawing and filing metals, shaping metal with hammers and a bench block, soldering techniques and metal finishing. Class is three sessions two hours each. All supplies for your project is included.
